Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage the complete operation and maintenance of equipment such as generators, boilers, turbines, compressors, chillers, instruments, and other allied auxiliaries.
2. Plan and manage Waste Heat Recovery System.
3. Monitor and enhance the performance of all teams including Boiler Team, Electrical Maintenance Team, and Instrument Maintenance Team.
4. Ensure optimal power and steam generation with uninterrupted distribution to process plants.
5. Ensure all staff in the department are adequately trained in their respective fields.
6. Formulate and ensure implementation of SOPs for timely repair and rectification in case of any breakdown or electrical/instrumental fault.
7. Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules/procedures and equipment operation troubleshooting guides.
8. Analyze and recommend equipment modifications to improve production efficiency.
9. Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and process systems.
10. Monitor equipment and operational conditions to ensure safety standards.
