Job summary

You will conduct product research, laboratory trials, and process validation to support new product introductions and cost-effective manufacturing. You will also assist with bill of materials creation, material research for regulatory compliance, and maintaining records to ensure traceability and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research, laboratory trials, process validation, and BOM creation for new product development.
• Research alternative chemical materials to support cost optimization, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain validation records and development databases to ensure product traceability and process reproducibility.
• Prepare product samples in accordance with customer and sales requirements.
• Compile and coordinate product launch packages, including samples, documentation, and necessary approvals.
• Provide accurate BOM and recipe data to support material planning and bulk production readiness.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and assets to ensure availability for testing and sampling activities.
• Issue Qualified Process Parameters to Operations before commercial production runs to ensure process compliance and product quality.
