Job summary

j. awan & partners is expanding its Governance, Risk and Compliance practice and seeking an Assistant Manager - PMO to lead client engagements with a focus on structured delivery and regulatory alignment.

You will manage low to high-risk mandates, maintain PMO documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant outcomes across diverse clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, compliance delivery, or structured client engagement environments.
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory environments and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own client engagements across all risk levels from initiation to closure.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and PMO records.
• Coordinate with Finance, Recruitment, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
