Job summary

Software Finder is seeking a PMO Lead to join the Project Management Office in Lahore. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining PMO processes, governance, reporting standards, and operational routines to drive effective project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of PMO or project management experience and strong communication skills to collaborate with the PMO team, project teams, and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of PMO, project management, or related delivery experience.
• Experience supporting PMO governance environments or similar operational roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with PMP or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience in process development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining PMO strategies, standards, frameworks, and operating practices.
• Support project governance processes to monitor performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Improve project visibility, accountability, and delivery consistency.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, or automate existing processes.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and updates for management.
• Ensure accurate resource planning information for decision-making.
• Communicate clearly with teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and maintain alignment to support project execution.
• Apply sound PMO principles to assigned responsibilities.
