Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC is seeking a Production Support professional to own end-to-end support for Velocity microservices and EDMS applications. You will monitor system health, drive fixes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and reliability.

The role requires 5–8 years in production support, with strong knowledge of Java microservices, ReactJS, and Kubernetes, and experience in shift-based or on-call environments to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Application Production Support for Java microservices and ReactJS-based apps.
• Exposure to BAU support activities with focus on system stability and issue resolution.
• Experience in shift-based or on‑call support models to ensure SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of production support for Velocity (Microservices) and EDMS applications, ensuring stability and uptime.
• Lead and monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and drive permanent fixes with technical teams.
• Ensure timely incident response and resolution within SLAs; coordinate with business users, product owners, and tech teams for updates.
