Qualifications

Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmap for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and UiPath.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with strategies.
Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee architecture across Dynamics 365 modules (CS, Sales, Finance, etc.).
Design end-to-end business processes, data models, security architectures.
Design enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio.
Establish governance, reusable components, connectors, APIs, and automation practices.
Lead UiPath-based RPA and intelligent automation initiatives.
Identify automation opportunities and roadmap enterprise automation.
Design integrations between UiPath, D365, Power Platform and third-party systems.
Develop enterprise integration architectures using APIs and middleware.
Ensure interoperability across ERP/CRM, data warehouses, cloud services.
Establish platform governance, security standards, RBAC, and operational controls.
Conduct architecture reviews with risk assessments and compliance-by-design.
Mentor architects, developers, and automation engineers; provide technical leadership.
Support presales activities and solution estimation as required.

About the Role

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Platform Architect – D365, Power Platform & UiPath to lead the architecture, integration, governance, and optimization of enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and UiPath ecosystems.

The role will focus on defining enterprise architecture strategies, designing scalable and secure solutions, driving intelligent automation, and enabling digital transformation initiatives across the organization and client environments. The Platform Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, product teams, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, automation, user experience, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and UiPath ecosystems.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead architecture and solution design across Dynamics 365, including Customer Service, Sales, Finance & Operations, Marketing, and Field Service.
Design end-to-end business processes, workflows, data models, security architectures, and customization strategies within D365.
Design enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
Establish Power Platform governance frameworks, reusable components, connector standards, APIs, and automation practices.
Lead the architecture and implementation of UiPath-based RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions.
Identify automation opportunities and define enterprise automation roadmaps.
Design seamless integrations between UiPath, D365, Power Platform, and third-party systems.
Design enterprise integration architectures using APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and data integration patterns.
Ensure interoperability across D365, Power Platform, UiPath, ERP/CRM systems, data warehouses, cloud services, and third-party applications.
Establish platform governance, security standards, role-based access controls, and operational controls.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, solution audits, and ensure secure-by-design and compliance-by-design principles.
Serve as the technical leader for platform-related initiatives and provide architectural guidance to development and delivery teams.
Mentor architects, developers, consultants, and automation engineers.
Lead proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and architecture reviews.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Present architecture recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders.
Support presales activities, solution estimation, client workshops, and enterprise transformation initiatives as required.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered automation and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, and recommend enhancements to the platform landscape

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution architecture, or digital transformation initiatives.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
3+ years of experience designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions.
Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and cloud-based architectures.
Strong understanding of application architecture, automation frameworks, business process optimization, and enterprise architecture principles.
Strong experience with D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Azure services.
Hands-on experience with UiPath, RPA architecture, intelligent automation, workflow design, and API integrations.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, and enterprise application integration.
Experience with REST APIs, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, data modeling, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of security architecture, cloud architecture, data architecture, and integration architecture.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical decision-making skills.
Proven ability to mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership.
Ability to balance business requirements with scalability, security, governance, and long-term technology strategy.
