Job summary

Gatronova is seeking an experienced Plant Finance Business Partner to strengthen financial reporting, controls, product costing, and manufacturing cost management at our plant in Karachi.

You will own closing, costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and governance, partnering with the Plant Head to review production volumes, efficiency, and profitability. The role requires SAP S/4HANA expertise and a hands-on, collaborative approach to drive cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Closing & Reporting: Ensure timely SAP S/4HANA closing, accurate plant P&L, reconciliations, and resolution of posting errors
• Product Costing: Ensure accurate standard and actual costing, BOMs, routings, activity rates, and production order settlements
• Cost & Variance Analysis: Analyze material price and usage variances, yield, wastage, labor, utilities, overheads, and conversion costs
• Plant Performance: Partner with the Plant Head to review production volumes, capacity utilization, efficiency, product mix, and profitability
• Inventory Control: Ensure accurate inventory valuation, reconciliations, physical stock controls, and identification of obsolete and slow-moving stock
• Budgeting & CAPEX: Support plant budgets, forecasts, cost-reduction initiatives, and investment appraisals
• Financial Governance: Enforce financial controls, SAP data integrity, approval limits, audit compliance, and closing checklists
