• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in industrial civil maintenance or construction

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair activities across production facilities, offices, warehouses, and utility areas.
• Monitor civil construction, renovation, and infrastructure development projects at the plant.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, roads, drainage systems, boundary walls, parking areas, and other civil structures.
• Identify maintenance requirements and prepare work plans to prevent infrastructure deterioration.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and company HSE policies.
• Verify contractors' work quality, measurements, and progress before certification of completed work.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Utilities, HSE, and Administration departments to execute civil works with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, project progress, material consumption, and contractor performance.
• Monitor the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Assist in preparing project estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure proper housekeeping at work sites and promote safe working practices.
