Job summary

Frontier Works Organization seeks a Civil Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation for construction initiatives. You will develop viable technical methods, prepare schedules and budgets, and ensure plans align with client specifications.

The role requires BE Civil Engineering or BS/MS in Project Management, with hands-on experience in project planning and cost control. Location is Nokundi; travel as needed to coordinate with teams and vendors.

Qualifications

BE Civil Engineering, BS/ MS in Project Management are required.
MS/ BS Project Management / BE Civil Engineering are accepted as degree qualifications.
Experience in developing project plans and schedules is essential.

Responsibilities

Determine and develop suitable and economically viable construction methods.
Develop time schedules and budgets meeting project specifications.
Draw plans using specialized design software and ensure they meet client specifications.
Estimate timescales and costs for projects.
Supervise projects at all stages and provide solutions to problems.
Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure best prices.
Monitor project progress and write reports.
Communicate with managers and team members to ensure deadlines.
