Job description

Responsibilities

• Management and planning of the resources.
• Project planning, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Planning contractor’s resources and monitoring their utilization.
• Conducting risk analysis and establishing contingencies.
• Identifying the resources necessary to oversee subcontracted work required for project execution.
• Identifying potential hazards associated with the project and ensuring appropriate hazard mitigation measures are implemented.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor submittals.
• Material ordering, coordination with site for detailed engineering and documentation, inspection with the client's engineer, and obtaining acceptance certificates.
• Preparing weekly progress reports and scheduling activities with various plant operations.
