Job summary

Eye Vision seeks a creative 3D Visualizer to bring architectural concepts to life with photorealistic visuals for residential and commercial spaces. You will create high-quality models, realistic lighting and textures, and produce renders, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations.

The role requires interpreting architectural drawings, strong software skills (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Revit, Blender, Lumion, D5 Render), and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 3D architectural visualization and photorealistic rendering.
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling, texturing, material creation, lighting, camera composition, and scene optimization.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
• Working knowledge of multiple visualization tools (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Revit, Blender, Lumion, D5 Render).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or post-production software.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural or interior visualization work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models from design ideas and sketches.
• Develop realistic lighting, materials, and textures for interior and exterior scenes.
• Produce high-fidelity 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for presentations.
• Work closely with architects to maintain visual quality and align with design intent.
• Manage multiple revisions, meet deadlines, and communicate with design teams.
