Job summary

Ideas is seeking an experienced 3D Visualization Specialist to develop photorealistic models and renders for retail outlets, restaurants, and commercial interiors. You will convert CAD drawings into detailed 3D models and produce walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.

The role requires strong software proficiency, an impressive portfolio, and the ability to apply materials, textures, and lighting to achieve high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization, preferably in retail outlets, commercial interiors, restaurant projects, and fit-outs.
• A strong portfolio of completed interior and exterior visualization projects.
• Proven experience in modelling architectural elements, custom furniture, retail fixtures, restaurant interiors, and storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, realistic 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for retail outlets, store fit-outs, restaurants, and other commercial projects.

• Understand natural and artificial lighting, including ambient, accent, display, and task lighting.
• Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, furniture placement, material specifications, and design details.
• Ensure final renders accurately represent the approved design concept and intended site conditions.

What you'll do

Develop high-quality, realistic 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for retail outlets, store fit-outs, restaurants, and other commercial projects.

Convert architectural drawings, CAD plans, elevations, sections, sketches, and design concepts into detailed 3D models.

Produce high-quality renders, walkthrough animations, and 3D presentations.

What we're looking for

Software Expertise:

Strong proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.

Excellent working knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or equivalent.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting architectural drawings and dimensions.

Working knowledge of Photoshop and other post-production tools for enhancing renders and preparing presentations.

Familiarity with emerging 3D visualization technologies, rendering techniques, and AI-assisted design tools.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
