Job summary

Medicover Fertility in Hyderabad, Pakistan, is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to ensure adherence to policies and to improve inventory control across the Pharmacy department.

You will interface with vendors to arrange medicines, maintain high-value items on consignment, and support internal and external audits. The role focuses on driving KPIs, continuous improvement in logistics and supplier operations, and ensuring quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies and procedures for Pharmacy and services.
• Interface with vendors to arrange medicines and implement process flow for keeping high value items on consignment.
• Handle internal & external audits for better inventory control.
• Ensure inventory targets, stock levels, risk migration targets and a flexible strategy to optimize inventory.
• Drive KPIs and continuous improvement across logistics and supplier operations.
• Generate repeat business through exceptional customer service and respond to regular customers.
• Streamline processes in Pharmacy department and address any gaps.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure 100% quality compliance.

• Handling Internal & External audits for record better Inventory control.
• Ensure Inventory targets, stock levels, risk migration targets and managed flexibility strategy to optimize Inventory.
• Drive key performance indicators, continuous improvement throughout logistics and supplier operations.
• Generating repeat business through exceptional customer service and response to regular customers.
• To streamline the process in Pharmacy department, if any gaps.
• Continuous Coordination with Quality department to ensure 100% quality compliance.
