Job summary

Indus Hospital & Health Network in Multan is seeking a Pharmacist – Warehouse to oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies in the hospital warehouse.

The role requires a Pharm-D with a valid license and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, with strong preferences for FIFO/FEFO and cold chain expertise. You will ensure compliance with regulations and supervise warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D with valid pharmacist license.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and cold chain management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals in the warehouse.
• Maintain stock records and inventory levels in the warehouse system.
• Ensure temperature, humidity, and safety conditions for stored medicines.
• Monitor cold chain for temperature-sensitive medicines.
• Coordinate timely distribution to pharmacies, wards, and departments.
• Conduct stock counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management.
• Train and supervise junior staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and audits.
