Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive pharmaceutical product sales in the Faisalabad region. You will visit doctors, pharmacies and healthcare professionals, build relationships and push product adoption.

The role requires 1–2 years of pharma field sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset. Base location Gujranwala preferred but field-based in Faisalabad.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Gujranwala.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned territories and conduct regular field visits.
• Meet doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products directly to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities.
