Job summary

Zaheen Kamran Designer Jewellery is seeking an experienced, creative and commercially driven Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager to take ownership of the brand's overall digital marketing strategy, social media presence, paid advertising campaigns and creative execution. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with creative campaign development.

This is not a conventional social media posting role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or e-commerce.
• Strong practical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and e-commerce advertising.
• Demonstrated understanding of performance marketing and the ability to translate advertising spend into measurable sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand's digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Manage the brand's Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest presence.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting and conversion campaigns.
• Conceptualise and lead creative campaigns for bridal, festive, seasonal and promotional launches.
• Develop campaign themes, content strategies, advertising copy and creative briefs.
• Oversee graphic design, photography, video content and campaign execution.
• Plan monthly content calendars and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor advertising performance, ROAS, conversions and sales; identify and implement optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, content creators and other marketing team members.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Provide regular campaign performance reports, insights and recommendations.
