Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a People Operations Associate to join our Lahore team. The role focuses on shaping the employee experience, supporting day-to-day People Operations, and improving processes in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering an outstanding employee experience. A Bachelor's degree in HR/related field and 1–3 years of experience are preferred, with a people-first mindset and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR/People Operations or employee support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, documentation and internal systems.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and putting employees first.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience and engagement initiatives across the office.
• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day People Operations support.
• Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and help implement solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Maintain and improve People Operations processes, trackers, and internal workflows.
• Ensure employees receive timely updates and clear communication regarding their requests.
• Assist with administrative and operational People initiatives as needed; contribute to a positive workplace culture.
