Job summary

Troxis is seeking a People Experience Coordinator in Lahore to enhance onboarding, engagement, and workplace culture. You will partner with the People & Culture team and departments to plan activities, celebrations, communications, and recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years in HR, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset to keep engagement high while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People & Culture or Employee Engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable interacting with employees at different levels.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate engagement ideas.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
