Job summary

Mergestack in Lahore is seeking a senior People and Culture Lead to oversee HR operations and drive strategy across the organization.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, policy governance, and data-driven performance management using AI-enabled tools, while shaping compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs. This role partners with senior leadership to scale the business and ensure compliant, values-aligned workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles.
• Strong working knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management with emphasis on onboarding, offboarding, and records accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, governance, and compliance programs.
• Lead bi-annual and annual performance review cycles and design AI-enabled performance management solutions.
• Manage compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and promotions, plus benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions to ensure fair workplace practices.
• Drive culture, engagement, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.
