Payroll Specialist - UK

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team, focusing on managing payroll processes for our UK staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UK Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing for UK staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK taxation regulations. Stay updated on changes in UK payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
2. Accounting Expertise: Possess ACCA or CA qualification to demonstrate a strong foundation in accounting principles. Ensure precise accounting treatment for payroll transactions.
3. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with UK tax laws, including PAYE, National Insurance, and other relevant regulations. Prepare and submit required payroll-related reports to tax authorities.
4. Data Accuracy and Reporting: Maintain accurate payroll records and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct periodic audits to validate data accuracy.

Qualification and Experience:

1. ACCA or CA qualification.
2. Proven experience in handling payroll for UK staff, demonstrating a strong understanding of UK payroll regulations.
3. Knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to ensure accurate accounting treatment for payroll transactions.
4. Familiarity with UK tax laws, including PAYE and National Insurance.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external agencies.

Timings: 1pm to 09:45pm
