Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking an Assistant Manager / Specialist – Payment Gateways & Corridors to own payments infrastructure across multiple corridors. You will manage gateway acceptance rates, uptime, and routing logic while coordinating with operations, technology, and partnerships teams.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong analytics, and stakeholder influence across internal and external teams. The position sits in the Operations department in Lahore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in payments operations, fintech, or remittance
• Deep understanding of payment gateway ecosystems, card schemes, local APMs, real-time rails is a plus
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making
• Experience in building and scaling payments operations teams
• Working knowledge of AML and financial regulatory compliance for cross-border payments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end gateway & corridor performance across all active corridors and gateways.
• Lead integration lifecycle for new gateways and local APMs with cross functional teams.
• Act as escalation point for payment-related issues and drive RCA and timely resolution.
• Design and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs like acceptance rate, uptime, latency, and cost per transaction.
• Negotiate terms with gateway partners to optimize costs and performance.
• Automate manual operational processes to improve scalability and reliability.
• Ensure compliance, fraud monitoring, and audit trails for payment transactions.
