Job description

The Patient Enrollment Specialist within the Operations department will be responsible for collecting data from clinical or pharmaceutical research projects. The specialist will work collaboratively to compile, manage, and report data clearly and accurately. We seek individuals who can handle interactions with sincerity and compassion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to patients to promote vaccination trials.
  2. Authenticate data collection forms and surveys.
  3. Update CRMs with accurate information and notes.
  4. Understand the study thoroughly to communicate effectively with patients and doctors over the phone.
  5. Have exposure to relevant culture, names, addresses, and languages.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
