Job summary

Dm Clinical Research Group is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage source handoffs and CRM-related workflows within our patient access and marketing operations. You will coordinate mass communications, track ownership, and ensure accurate follow-up and escalation paths.

This role requires maintaining trackers, auditing data quality, and supporting cross-functional teams including Enrollment, Community, Sponsor Relations, and Finance to optimize lead and source visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Equivalent healthcare operations, patient access, CRM coordination experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a source handoff tracker for mass communications, digital campaigns, and patient access workflows.
• Track owner, source, study, indication, site, market, status, next step, and follow-up date.
