Job summary

Taaleem o Tarbiyat is expanding its outreach team in Lahore and seeks proactive individuals to represent the brand, connect with decision-makers, and drive institutional partnerships. Part-Time with Flexible Remote / Local Field-Based Hybrid work, location Pakistan.

You’ll research and target corporate clients and educational institutes, initiate contact with HR leaders, and pitch tailored training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map leads among corporate clients, educational institutes, NGOs, and businesses needing professional development.
• Engage decision-makers by initiating contact, conducting meetings with HR heads, and pitching tailored training solutions.
• Close deals by presenting proposals for workshops, masterclasses, or long-term training contracts.
• Nurture relationships to secure recurring contracts and referrals with strong communication.

• Nurture Relationships: Build lasting corporate partnerships to secure recurring contracts and referrals.
• Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills in both English and Urdu.
• High-energy, confident self-starter comfortable pitching to senior management.

• Willingness to travel locally within your city for client meetings when needed.
