Job summary

SafeBox in Multan is hiring a Preservation Architect to preserve and restore historic buildings. You will assess sites, develop preservation plans with clients, engineers and contractors, and oversee their implementation.

This part-time role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field and at least 3 years in preservation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong communication, project management, and teamwork are essential. Immediate start; salary 1100 USD per month.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of historic buildings and structures.
• Develop preservation plans that meet client needs while adhering to historic preservation standards.
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of preservation plans.
• Prepare detailed drawings specifications and cost estimates for restoration projects.
• Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Conduct site visits during different phases of restoration projects.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all preservation projects.
