You will produce short-form video content for Reels/TikTok, craft social posts and captions, and ensure brand consistency across assets. A strong portfolio and knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Lightroom are essential.

Role Description

The Part-Time Content Creator will develop engaging visual content that reflects Sothassi’s brand, products, and vision. Responsibilities include shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), creating high-quality social media posts, writing compelling captions, and highlighting new models, factory activities, and brand milestones. This is a part-time on-site role based in Rawat, Islamabad (1 day/week on-site shoot requirement) to closely align content creation with real-time operations and product launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and digital assets tailored for social platforms.
• Production & Editing Skills: Hands-on proficiency in smartphone/camera videography, photography, and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom).
• Trend Awareness: Solid grasp of contemporary social media trends, audio integration, and audience engagement strategies.
• Organization & Workflow: Strong time management skills with the ability to follow a content calendar and deliver assets on schedule.
• Communication: Clear communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus) with high attention to brand consistency and detail.
• On-Site & Industry Fit: Ability to commute to Rawat Industrial Estate weekly. A passion for automotive culture or motorcycles is a major plus.
• Education: Coursework or diploma in Media, Marketing, Communications, or Design is welcomed, but a strong portfolio takes priority.
