We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our team and help us take advantage of R&D tax credits and investment opportunities available in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding or the ability to research of UK tax laws and regulations related to R&D tax credits and investment, and will be able to provide expert advice to clients on how to maximize their benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work with us to identify eligible R&D activities and expenses, and prepare claims for R&D tax credits
• Provide advice and guidance on investment opportunities available in the world, and help us make informed investment decisions
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns and other financials
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to ensure compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in UK tax laws and regulations related to R&D tax credits and investment, and advise clients accordingly
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial advice and support.

Job Specification

Qualifications:
