Job summary

Bitzsol Digital is hiring for a three-month paid Business Development Internship at their onsite location on Saidpur Road, E8 Plaza, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Fresh graduates with a BBA or related degree are encouraged to apply and will gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, lead generation, and daily business development tasks.

The role requires in-person work, a monthly stipend of Rs10,000, and offers real-world experience in sales within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates holding a BBA or a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of sales and business development principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
Confident and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
Good negotiation skills to assist in client discussions and deal closures.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects to nurture business opportunities.
Communicate effectively with prospects via calls, messages, and emails to build relationships.
Support the business development team with routine tasks and administrative duties.
Maintain and update accurate records of leads and client interactions to ensure data integrity.
