You will articulate company services, qualify prospects, schedule follow-ups, and record outcomes in company systems. Strong English and local language communication, script familiarity, and professionalism are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening in English and local languages as required.
• Confident, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to explain technology-related services in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Basic prospect qualification, objection handling, and appointment-setting skills.
• Comfort working with scripts, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry and use of spreadsheets or customer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using approved lists and scripts.
• Introduce company services, identify customer requirements, and communicate relevant information clearly.
• Qualify prospects and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the relevant team.
• Record outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions accurately in company systems.
• Handle customer questions professionally and escape complex matters when required.
