Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to meet bancassurance growth targets and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bancassurance professionals to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment of sales goals and effective communication.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and respond proactively to industry trends.
• Utilize customer relationship management systems to monitor sales activities, manage client portfolios, and enhance customer retention.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product development, and compliance teams to design insurance products that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Analyze sales data and operational workflows to identify process improvement opportunities that boost channel efficiency.
• Oversee policy administration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to synchronize with corporate financial goals.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including internal departments, external partners, and clients to drive integrated bancassurance strategies.
• Lead project management for new bancassurance product launches, sales campaigns, and marketing efforts to support business expansion.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies that reduce churn and maximize long-term customer value and loyalty.
• Monitor regulatory changes, industry best practices, and market developments to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.
