We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound/Inbound Call Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound/Inbound calls to potential customers or clients to sell services, collect information, or set appointments for follow-up calls. The primary goal of is to meet or exceed established sales goals and call volume expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a predetermined script. Communicate service information to customers, answer their questions, and overcome objections.
  • Build rapport with customers and establish relationships with them.
  • Record information about customer interactions and transactions in a database.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and call volume expectations.
  • Keep up-to-date with products, services, and promotions to accurately respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
