Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of U.S. cold calling or telesales experience.
• Strong English communication with a neutral or American-leaning accent.
• Proven track record of closing deals over the phone.
• Confidence handling objections in real time.
• Comfortable working night shift aligned to U.S. business hours.
• Self-disciplined enough to hit targets without being micromanaged.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling campaigns targeting U.S.-based truck drivers, owner-operators, and real estate clients.
• Present dispatch services and real estate/architectural design offerings clearly.
• Handle objections and push leads to close.
• Maintain a live follow-up system for warm leads.
• Close deals and assist with onboarding.
