Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL in Multan is seeking a Sales Promotion Officer/Sales Executive to support senior sales and orthopedic product specialists. You will help ensure availability of implants, instruments and consumables, organize instrument sets, and coordinate with OT staff and logistics to drive timely surgeries.

The role involves inventory records, handling and cleaning of instrument sets, basic product support during procedures, documentation of implants usage and post-surgery reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in sales or healthcare/equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales and product specialists during surgeries.
• Ensure timely availability and proper arrangement of implants, surgical instruments, and consumables in the operating theatre.
• Prepare, inspect, and organize instrument sets before and after surgical procedures.
• Coordinate with hospital OT staff, CSSD, and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled surgeries.
• Maintain inventory records of implants, instruments, and surgical consumables assigned for cases.
• Assist in the handling, cleaning, and dispatch of instrument sets in accordance with company and hospital protocols.
• Provide basic product support under the guidance of senior team members during surgical procedures.
• Prepare case documentation, implant utilization records, and post-surgery reports.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and company quality standards while handling surgical equipment.
• Support senior colleagues in customer coordination and day-to-day operational activities.
• Participate in product training sessions to enhance technical knowledge of orthopedic implants and surgical procedures.
