• Identify GAPs in the Process and provide solution. Ability to design and architect solutions across multiple systems and its integration. Manage a team and ensure delivery. The candidate should have good understanding and hands-on experience on Fast Formulas, Configuration (User/Role Security, BI Admin, etc. ), Custom User Interface (UI), Redwood UI Configurations, Mobile Responsive Pages, Database (SQL, ATP, PL/SQL), Reports (OTBI, BIP, FRS), Integration Cloud Services/OIC, HCM Extract, HDL, FBDI, Integration (FTP/sFTP, API, communication protocol), Release / Patching, Smart View, VBCS - Visual Builder Cloud Services
