Job summary

Mashreq Careers seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM expert to drive implementation workstreams, including requirement gathering, configuration, and BI/reporting deliverables. The role involves leading workshops with HR stakeholders, mapping business needs to Fusion functionality, and documenting setup details for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementations (3+ engagements) across roles such as Consultant / Lead / Architect.
• Workshops with HR stakeholders to map requirements to Fusion functionality.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client needs and document setups.

Responsibilities

• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and extensions.
• Support clients during test script execution and validation of configurations.
• Lead migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to Production.
• Communicate project deliverables and provide status/issue reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with dev team members on reports, interfaces, and data conversions.

Job description

• Oracle Fusion HCM Technical profile with below expertise from Fusion HCM side:
• Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
• HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
• Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
• Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Webapi call.
• OTBI and BI publisher reports.
• Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
• Workflow Email notification template changes.
• Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
• At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead
• Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to Production for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for devloping reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
