Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
• Broad business knowledge with experience in solution architecture and governance across programs.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of solution engineers responsible for translating business needs into integrated technical solutions and systems of solutions.
• Oversees development of designs, governance processes, and delivery excellence across programs.
• Collaborates with product managers, architects, and business leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Manages budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.
• Establishes review mechanisms with architecture, cybersecurity and compliance teams.
• Ensures delivery timelines, quality, and security dependencies are effectively managed.
