Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational records, files, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and other essential operational documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
• Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, inventory management, and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate data using MS Excel and prepare regular operational reports.
• Follow up on pending orders, documentation, and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Support the team in resolving operational discrepancies and maintaining proper documentation.
• Ensure all records are organized, updated, and readily accessible when required.
