Glow in Lahore is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the operations team on a U.S. schedule. You will handle quotes, onboarding, and data-heavy tasks using Excel and HubSpot, while staying highly organized and process-driven.

The role suits candidates with 0–2 years’ experience, strong communication, and a team-player mindset. It’s an on-site position with a night shift option and room for growth in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years of experience preferred in a high-growth startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical, organized, and process-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like HubSpot; able to work night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Process new insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and premium payments.
• Conduct fact-finding to generate and follow up on quotations and endorsements.
• Maintain and update client records accurately in the database.
• Get on calls with customers and carriers to gather information and ensure timely processing.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks; resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Handle customer queries professionally and support analytics for management.
• Own the successful completion of operations projects and meet performance metrics.

About The Role

As an Operations Specialist you'll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay. Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools. This is a hands-on, high-energy role with real opportunity to grow. You'll work onsite in Lahore, on a U.S. schedule, with direct coaching, training, and feedback from experienced leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Process new insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and premium payments
• Conduct fact-finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements
• Maintain and update client records accurately in the database
• Get on calls with customers and insurance carriers to gather information, answer questions, and ensure timely processing
• Perform data entry tasks with efficiency and a high degree of accuracy
• Assist in internal and external audits and compliance checks
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation or company records
• Handle customers' queries and feedback professionally
• Support the creation of operational reports and analytics for management review
• Own the successful completion of operations projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Follow established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Achieve and consistently exceed project goals and performance metrics
• Manage time effectively to complete daily goals and tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
• 0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail, methodical, highly organized, and process-oriented
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like HubSpot
• Comfortable working the night shift (8pm–5am Pakistan time / 8am–5pm PST)
• Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office

• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
• Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role
