Job summary

CrecenTech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated, responsible interns for a three-month Operations Support Internship in Pakistan.

Fresh graduates will gain practical experience across Chat Support, Lead Generation, Online Research, Data Management, and Business Process Support. Interns will work under supervision, receive training, and contribute to daily operations, client communication, documentation, and workflow management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Basic computer literacy; Microsoft Office and Google Workspace familiarity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist different teams within the Operations Department based on business requirements.
Support Chat Support in handling customer inquiries and maintaining professional communication.
Assist Lead Generation with prospect research and data collection.
Conduct online research to gather and organize business information.
Support daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal records; prepare progress updates.
