Job summary

Pintern is seeking motivated Ecommerce Interns to join our growing team in Pakistan. This role is ideal for candidates with six months to one year of hands-on experience in ecommerce marketplaces who want to build a career in the industry.

You will manage marketplace operations, optimize product listings, monitor inventory, handle orders, and collaborate with design and content teams to improve visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in Ecommerce Marketplace Operations.
• Basic understanding of Seller Central and ecommerce platform functionalities.
• Knowledge of product listing techniques and optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with ecommerce tools and spreadsheet applications for data management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to boost search rankings and increase conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and update stock information to avoid overselling or stockouts.
• Handle order processing and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics to maintain compliance with marketplace standards.
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to improve product listings and promotional materials.
• Manage customer queries and respond promptly and professionally to marketplace messages.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement.
