The incumbent will be responsible for formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. He/she should be ready to mentor team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Job Description

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Ensure that all policies are implemented in its true spirit
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
  • Work with the UK & PK management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations

Requirements

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • BBA/MBA from reputed university specialized in Operations or Project management
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as admin or operations manager
  • BPO/IT industry experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
