• Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality standards.
• Planning and controlling change.
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
• Contributing toward the achievement of company strategic and operational objectives.
• Performing quality control and monitoring KPIs.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective team operation.
• Building coordination between the sales team and other internal departments.
• Working closely with the Executive Director & NSM and preparing daily sales-related reports.
