Job summary

Navigatorhr is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lahore, Pakistan, to join our onsite team. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 2 years of experience in clinical or school settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Evaluate receptive and expressive language, speech, and social communication.
• Identify individual communication strengths and priorities.
• Prepare assessment reports with functional recommendations.
• Develop individualized communication goals aligned with curricula.
• Design functional communication programs for daily participation.
• Implement AAC systems (Makaton, PECS, TouchChat, LAMP, etc.).
• Train students and partners to use AAC across environments.
• Collaborate with teachers to embed goals into classroom routines.
• Provide parent coaching and workshops.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team planning and case reviews.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
