Job summary

TechXaro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEO Team Leader in Lahore with 3–5 years of SEO leadership experience. You will guide the SEO team, review work, and analyze performance to drive improvements across projects.

The role requires hands-on SEO knowledge, proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights. Onsite work with a monthly PKR salary range offered.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional SEO experience with team leadership
Experience with technical SEO audits and collaborating with developers
Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
Own laptop and reliable internet connection
Salary range 50,000–80,000 PKR per month based on interview and experience

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee SEO strategies for assigned websites and projects
Lead and manage the SEO team by assigning tasks and monitoring progress
Review and evaluate team members' SEO work to ensure quality and best practices
Analyze website performance, rankings, traffic, and progress to identify improvement areas
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues
Guide the team in keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with insights for management
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry SEO trends
Ensure timely delivery of SEO projects while maintaining performance standards
