Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Sales.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development and implementation of enterprise-level SEO tactics.
• Lead SEO team members or agencies across content, technical, and off-site activity.
• Monitor content performance, keyword mapping, and search trends.
• Coordinate with UX, product, and engineering on site improvements.
• Lead performance reporting and SEO KPIs to stakeholders.
• Manage SEO tools, budgets, and seller relations.
• Inform internal teams on organic tactics and limitations.
• Track algorithm changes and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Build international or local SEO strategies based on audience.
• Align SEO with content marketing, brand, and growth goals.
