Job summary

CELESTRIX in Rawalpindi is seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join our onsite team. You will close deals, handle objections, and convert prospects into customers, with a focus on US clients.

The role offers a full-time onsite position with a night shift, a PKR 100,000 basic salary plus commission and incentives up to PKR 250,000 based on performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of proven Sales Closing experience
• Experience working with US customers is preferred
• Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills
• Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to close sales and meet performance targets
• Confident, persuasive, and customer focused approach

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
• Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers
• Convert qualified prospects into customers and consistently achieve sales targets
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Maintain professionalism and a customer focused approach on every call
