Job summary

ChatPandas, Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator in Lahore to monitor, maintain, and secure the enterprise LAN/WAN.

You will configure firewalls, routers, switches, and access points, design reliable network topologies, and provide user support while ensuring high uptime and security across Windows Server and AD environments. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in network administration, hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate, MikroTik, and Cisco switches, and a Bachelor's degree in a

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (e.g., BS IT/BS CS/BS Computer Networks & Security).
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in network administration, design and support.
Experience configuring and managing Fortinet FortiGate firewalls; MikroTik routers; Cisco switches.

Responsibilities

Network Operations & Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN to maximize uptime.
Device Configuration & Management: Install, configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, APs.
Network Topology & Design: Plan and implement reliable enterprise network topologies.
User Support & Issue Resolution: Provide direct technical support for connectivity and IT issues.
Server & Directory Services: Manage Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, DHCP.
Security & Access Control: Manage VPNs, firewall rules, security policies.
Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain topology diagrams and asset inventory.
