Online Bidder / Business Development Manager

Creatives Aura is looking to hire energetic and experienced business development managers to perform international sales activities.

1. Online bidding mainly through Freelancer, Upwork and other bidding websites.
2. Business and Revenue generation: Bid effectively to generate new business, branding and contacts generation.
3. Requirements Analysis: Identifying client requirements, proposing an appropriate solution. Must be able to coordinate and share information with a suitable person or team of the company to deliver an accurate quote.
4. Proposal Writing: Writing proposals, RFP responses for prospects, finalize deals on behalf of the company.
5. Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements.
6. Track and analyze competitor activities.
7. Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
8. Putting bids in online market places for projects on a daily basis.
