WellnessLiving is seeking an Achieve App Coordinator to guide customers through the branded app journey. The role focuses on onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely app development and deployment on Google and Apple stores from our Islamabad office.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role with direct customer and internal support interaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Highly organized with strong time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience with various operating systems and CRM platforms, JIRA (Confluence).
• Strong technical aptitude for B2B support roles.

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: guide customers through the Achieve branded app onboarding.
• Communication Liaison: be primary contact for customers and internal teams.
• Project Management: coordinate app development lifecycle, timelines, and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: perform tests and QA checks with cross-functional teams.
• Training and Support: train customers on app features and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: identify enhancements to product and processes.
• Troubleshooting: resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption.
