WellnessLiving in Islamabad seeks an Achieve App Coordinator to guide customers through onboarding of the branded app, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish while coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely development and deployment on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, excellent communication, and project-management skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a technical support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through onboarding of the Achieve app branded experience from start to finish.
Serve as the primary liaison for customers and internal teams on app development and deployment.
Coordinate all aspects of the app development lifecycle, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Conduct testing and QA checks to identify and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
Provide training and ongoing support to customers on app features and best practices.
Identify opportunities for improving the app's functionality and collaborate on updates and processes.
Address technical issues promptly to minimize disruption for customers.
